Took a few calls but found it. The EZS sidecar is worth as much as the BMW bike itself so wanted full coverage.
Am seeing many US and Canadian plates on small to mid-size RV's and camper trailers, not many of the larger RVs. The roads are rough though and driving down Baja would beat up any Trailer/RV. Better bring an older RV, not a brand new one.

The people are fantastic though, traffic not bad. Looks like quite a few gringos spend their winters down here too.
CCjonhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16417345400369951250noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8208027712659472082.post-74821758737746698572022-02-11T18:44:49.294-06:002022-02-11T18:44:49.294-06:00Looks like you're having a great time! I once looked into buying insurance for the Ural through an online site but they could not accommodate sidecar rigs, it threw them for a loop, and talking to a live person then help either! Keep those pictures coming, Mexico might be in my future someday while astride my rig and with my Class C motorhome but it's not going to be anytime soon I think.redlegsrideshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10927757855921321097noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8208027712659472082.post-81351723118782485332022-02-11T08:50:50.273-06:002022-02-11T08:50:50.273-06:00Thanks Tony, miss riding with you. The MotoQuest ...Thanks Tony, miss riding with you. The MotoQuest guys are all first rate, very well organized and prepared but at the same time make sure everyone has a good time. There is a time to ride solo and a time to group ride, both are good in the right circumstances.

After several years of staying home is fantastic to be back in the saddle riding. Now to make up for lost miles. An almost-new tire, too, rode it home to New England and then some. A group tour wouldn't be for me. My idea of hell, to be honest. But seeing as how I'm slogging away the winter on endless home improvements, a kind of non-motorized hell, I'll follow your reports with therapeutic interest. Beautiful photos, as always. Go safe, amigo. Tony DePaulhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01678048353199712649noreply@blogger.com
